Hello and welcome! My name is Kiara Magee and i am the Owner and creator of Honey Home Designs. I specialize in Scandinavian interior. This decorating style features a beautiful mix of minimalist and modern style elements. A style that values function over form, there’s a focus on practicality in Scandinavian designs. Neutral, black and white color schemes are common in Scandinaian interiors- focusing on furniture style, white on white, monochrome accents and minimalist decor. While light shades such as creams or tabs are the primary color used in these spaces, pops of dark, golds and/or wood contrast keeps the look from feeling sterile or unapproachable. Leather and abstract art can be found frequently in my decor style. *Although i specialize in this interior decor style i can work with you to create your own custom space. REAL ESTATE STAGING

We offer vacant and occupied home staging to home owners, real estate agents, FSBO, new construction builds, investors, trustees and asset managers!

VACANT: An empty room almost always shows its flaws and tends to look a lot smaller then it really is. We bring in furniture to give the room life and plant creative potential into the rooms. Once you put your home on the market, you’ve entered it in a beauty contest. The homes that look best, sell fastest and for the most money. PRICING - PACKAGES: $1200 for 30 days of Vacant Staging which includes the main living area. Kitchen, diningroom, livingroom, master bedroom & 2 bath rooms. We offer our LUXURY stagjng package for $1800.00 for 30 days of staging. Luxury staging includes the rooms listed above, but with more details and higher wnd furniture. This option is great for model homes, new constructions, and homes in the higher price range. Ala-cart pricing is available if needing to add more rooms. Livingroom: $500.00 Extra Bedrooms/office: $250.00. Prices can vary based on the clients need when it comes to OCCUPIED staging. STAGING CONSULTATIONS: $60/hr for staging consultations and re-design of clients homes.

We understand not every home is treated the same. We also offer staging for photos ONLY (1 day or open house day) along with our 30 day staging packages. This pricing depends on location of home. We will present a contract to our client before staging and will not bring inventory in until your contract is signed and paid.

CUSTOM IN- HOME DECORATING AND RE-DESIGN

REDESIGN:

Unlike staging, redesign addresses home decorating specific to the homeowners taste. Redesign is the process of taking the furniture and accessories currently in the home and rearrange them in different ways to provide a fresh, cohesive, and updated look.

This may include placing furniture in new locations to better fit your family’s needs or hanging art so it is appropriately displayed.

Our focus will be on personalizing spaces and rooms to facilitate the homeowner’s lifestyle and specific taste in mind.

CUSTOM DECORATING:
